Financing Questions

The short answers to what people usually ask.

What can I finance?

Anything we do. Roofing, siding, gutters, painting, solar, skylights, and commercial work are all included, whether it's a small repair or a full replacement. If it goes on a written estimate, it's worth asking about.

Is there a cost to ask?

No. Your estimate is free either way, and asking what your options are costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you decide to move forward, any costs attached to a financing offer are disclosed on the offer itself, in writing, before you accept it.

Does asking about financing affect my credit?

Asking us doesn't touch your credit at all — nothing is checked, submitted, or run just because the subject came up. Whether a given step in an application is a soft inquiry or a hard one depends on the program, and you'll see that stated clearly before you submit anything.

When do I find out what I qualify for?

After we've seen the job and put together your written estimate. That price is what the financing gets built around, so we go over your options at the same time you get the scope of work — not before.

If I'm approved, do I have to move forward?

No. Being approved isn't a commitment to hire us or to use the financing. You're free to sit with the estimate, get a second opinion, or pay another way. We've been doing this since 1977 and we'd rather you be sure than rushed.

Ask Us About Financing

Start with a free estimate. We'll tell you what the job needs, put it in writing, and go over your options from there.

Financing is offered through a third-party lender and is subject to credit approval. We go over the options that apply to your project during your free estimate, and you see the full terms in writing before you agree to anything.
