In January 1977, Rocky Faircloth took a leap of faith and founded Faircloth Roofing Inc. with a simple mission: to provide honest, quality roofing services to his community. What started as one man's dream has grown into a legacy that spans nearly five decades.
Early in the company's history, Rocky met a young man named Eddie who was just starting out in his early twenties. Rocky saw something special in him and brought him on board. Eddie learned the trade under Rocky's guidance, absorbing not just the technical skills but also Rocky's values of integrity and craftsmanship.
Eventually, Eddie left to start his own business venture. But even as their professional paths diverged, Rocky and Eddie remained close—more like family than former colleagues. They stayed connected through the years, their bond built on mutual respect and shared experiences.
About a decade ago, Rocky reached out to Eddie with an idea: come back, work together again, and grow the business to new heights. Eddie returned, and together they built something even stronger. In time, Eddie took over the business, carrying forward Rocky's vision while adding his own expertise.
